fa71aae56a Added admin-mode. 
For now it shows/hides columns in the Device List and adds kicking behaviour.
Using $rootScope.adminMode for convenience.

3f6869964b Work in progress. Sorting is working, column selection is working. Translations are not working. f56d70cebb Performance: Starting to remove biggest bottlenecks from digest cycle, filters. 
Biggest are releasedAt and showAll, both consuming more than 1000ms (!).
