a3870f93e9 - Adding data folder for external data. 
- Adding Layout Controller.
- Start adding STF 1 layout
- Refactored graphics to a common repository.
- Added all bower/npm dependencies needed for now.

345f921fb9 - Renamed 'lib' to 'bower_components' because we need to easily differentiate npm/component/bower packages.
