STFService can now display the identity activity (red screen) automatically if a device gets disconnected from USB (or ADB), which can make maintenance easier. This feature is in beta, please enable it by running adb shell pm grant jp.co.cyberagent.stf android.permission.DUMP on the devices you want to try it on.

Implement addAdbPublicKey endpoint
...
Reason: manually approve adb connection from web UI does not scale for test automation. Especially those that are using different adb keys on each session (eg: via container)
This changes also added swagger doc endpoint. Using `stf local` command, it will end up at: `http://localhost:7106/docs/ `

Prevent attempt to gracefull kill device worker during cleanup if it has already exited. Not very elegant but it does its job. This should get rid of most Ctrl+C delays.
