Enhance Oracle server prompts and add dynamic connection handling

- Updated prompts to include specific queries for COUNTRIES.
- Modified SQL execution to retrieve metadata using dbms_developer.get_metadata.
- Introduced a new "connect" tool for switching Oracle DB connections on the fly.
- Improved error handling for connection parameters.

Update the archived server links to point to their actual locations in the servers-archived repo rather than the now invalid locations in this repo.
...
Also, removed the link to the git server which, while it still exists in the archived repo, is still alive and well in this one.
