Refactor: Remove Oracle server implementation and related files, moved to Community Servers
...
- Deleted the Oracle server Dockerfile, README, demo prompts, and configuration files.
- Removed the Oracle server package.json and TypeScript configuration.
- Updated package.json to remove dependency on the Oracle server.

Enhance Oracle server prompts and add dynamic connection handling

- Updated prompts to include specific queries for COUNTRIES.
- Modified SQL execution to retrieve metadata using dbms_developer.get_metadata.
- Introduced a new "connect" tool for switching Oracle DB connections on the fly.
- Improved error handling for connection parameters.
