c3b737f901 refactor: split CommandFooter, perf tweaks 
- extracted drawer modal to CommandDrawer (~180 lines)
- CommandFooter now under 270 lines
- replaced transition-all with specific props (colors, transform, etc)
- should reduce repaints on hover states
